Responsibilities 

As an Allround Guest Service Heroe you are part of our Guest Service team and will work closely with the Guest Service managers and kitchen team. Your main responsibility is to be helping them to keep track of work standards, productivity, practices and guest satisfaction. You will make sure that guests feel at home, guide them through their visit and provide them with the best service possible. You are their go-to contact during their whole stay, their friend at the table and the one who ensures they enjoy the very best our F&B outlets has to offer. 


About you 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and energetic F&B professional with relevant experience that loves to learn and develop within the hotel. You are hands-on, amazing with the team, love the personal approach of an informal restaurant environment, can quickly establish credibility and respect and perform well at building strong working relationships. You demonstrate commitment and passion—your approach is enthusiastic and likewise creative and mature.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferably in Food & Beverage
  • Team spirit
  • Flexible and hardworking
  • Attentiveness and patience for guests
  • Active listening and effective communication skills (fluent in English and in German)
