As our Food & Beverage Intern, you will be assisting in the day-to-day operations at the various F&B outlets. This is what you're going to do

• Working with the F&B team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience;
• Managing and train the F&B team by coordinating the activities of the aforementioned outlets;
• Achieving that daily routines are running smoothly and create proactive planning to increase guest satisfaction scores;
• Helping with monthly administration and making schedules
• Think along and come up with new ideas that can help improve the service and product we want to offer our guests. Both for breakfast and meeting rooms.
• Ensuring that in our event spaces all groups can hold their events contentedly and ensuring that breaks, lunches and dinners run smoothly and on time

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, you are currently a student enrolled in a relevant Bachelor Hotel management /Hospitality/ Tourism related study. You have good communication skills in English. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are an ambitious and proactive student with good communication skills and knows how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team. You are available as of September 2023 for a minimum period of five months.

Compensations

• The internship compensation is € 525 gross based on a fulltime internship.
• We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.
