The Front office team is like the hotel versatile with all kind of personalities, but with one common belief in providing a heartfelt service. As a Night Front office agent, you are responsible for all activities of the reception such as ensuring accurate services to our guest's and taking care of the night audit (completing administrative reports of the current day and preparing reports for the next day). Furthermore, you ensure the safety in and around the hotel.

About You

• You are enthusiastic and confident in creating memorable guest experiences;
• You have previous experience as a Night Auditor/Manager and do not mind working independently on nights;
• You have a great sense of responsibility and are accurate;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English; both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and being the first point of contact either from a front office;
• Process and handling all guest check-ins, checkouts, calls, requests and questions;
• Responsible for the Night Audit and other administrative tasks;
• Handling bookings/ reservations and/or providing information about reservations in absence of the booking office ( during evenings, nights and weekends);
• Providing guests with directions and information about the secrets of the city.

• MBO diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably MHS/HHS or tourism education;
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience in a (night) front office role (internship including);
• Flexibility in working morning, evening, night shifts and weekends;
• In possession of a driver's license.
