Why this vacancy is available
You as IT Support Intern will join the Technology & Business Solutions team to learn and empower colleagues and guests with the right technology. This role is based at our Regional Office in Amsterdam. You will work in an ambitious and dynamic remote team and will assist with the roll-out of our new overall Technology strategy in Europe.

What you are going to learn:

• Managing hardware – from maintaining the hardware up to licensing;
• Basic network layout and management;
• Office tools usage and troubleshooting;
• Microsoft 365, Azure and maintaining the hardware infrastructure;
• Remote management and monitoring;
• Basics of ITSM;

This is why you're the best candidate

• Enrolled in a Computer/IT School while doing the internship;
• Minimum MBO level 4;
• Advanced proficiency in English;
• Proactive attitude and attention to details;
• You love helping people;
• Desire to learn;
• Available for 6-12 months and at least 4 days per week.
