About You

• You are a friendly, positive and hard-working person;
• You love working both independently and in a team;
• You are stress-resistant and always up for a challenge;
• You have a strong affinity with Hospitality, Real Estate and Development projects;
• You are looking to grow from an interim position after 6 months, towards a fixed position within our company.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a wide variety of inspiring legal work;
• You are responsible for drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements (NDA’s, lease agreements, SPA’s, financing agreements, management agreements, franchise agreements, joint venture agreements etc.);
• You will be providing accurate, relevant and timely advice to colleagues located in EU on a variety of legal topics that relate to commercial law and real estate law;
• You are responsible for communicating to and managing external counsels.

• You are available for a time period of at least 3-4 months;
• You have at least 3-6 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house experience at a large company;
• You have experience with full circle legal processes; from orientation / feasibility studies, to negotiating to drafting contracts to sealing the deal;
• You have good knowledge of commercial contract law (UK law and/or Dutch law). Experience in real estate law is an advantage;
• You have excellent communication skills in English (verbally and written).
