Why this vacancy is available

To keep rocking numbers and make sure our spreadsheets look good, we need your expertise to make this happen! In the role of Finance Intern, you have a supportive role of the entire department and learn to work with various programs. You will work in our Headquarters in the city centre of Amsterdam together with your Finance colleagues. In this role you will report directly to the Finance Director.

This is what you're going to do

• Taking care of the total income audit of various administrations (including revenues, statistics and credit card checks);
• Maintain various administrations such as booking invoices and bank bookings;
• Contribute to monthly closures;
• Prepare various administrative overviews;
• Provide input to improve administrative procedures / processes.

You work in a dynamic team with people from different cultures and backgrounds. As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly. You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when things can be improved.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should follow a Bachelor degree preferably in Hotel management. You have excellent command of English in word and writing. You are available as of September 2023 for a minimum period of five months. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and independent professional with good Finance skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.

Compensations

• The internship compensation is € 525 gross per month based on a fulltime internship.
• We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.
