After two challenging years for the hospitality industry, Max Brown is back in business. Now it is time to look forward and bring the hotel to new heights. This means fine tuning the FO, Bar and Housekeeping operation, creating new innovative concepts for our current and potential guests, solidifying the team and culture whilst ensuring the bottom line is being kept healthy.

You can be a crucial part in this! Each of the Max Brown properties, Museum Square & Canal District, are managed by a FOM. They are supported by a team of Desk Hosts (combination of FO and F&B), Maintenance and Housekeeping. Overseeing both properties is the Cluster Operations Manager, for which you will become the right-hand man or lady.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily operation of both hotels;
• Supporting the Cluster Operations Manager with his managerial tasks related to sales, marketing, finance & revenue management;
• Initiating and taking on projects to maximise the overall success of both properties.
  

• Last year student of a relevant HBO hospitality or tourism related study;
• Flexibility in working morning/ evening and weekend if necessary;
  
• Hands on internship with time to work on your thesis too;

After you have finished your internship, you can look back proudly and see the impact that you've made. • The internship compensation is € 500 gross based on a fulltime internship.
