Why this vacancy is available

To ensure our guests have the best kick-start of the day, we are looking for you to make that happen! As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the complete breakfast service within the hotel. Our breakfast service ranges from room service to buffet service. In this role, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, and you will have the space to implement your creativity and ideas! Fulltime or parttime is both possible.

This is what you're going to do

• Responsible for breakfast in a la carte, take away, room service and buffet form
• Provide lunch and breaks for our banqueting parties
• Contributing to new recipes and offerings
• Managing orders
• Monitoring stock according to the FIFO method and HACCP
• Occasionally jumping in when needed for lunch or other parties
