The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center, opening soon, will be situated near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will showcase 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, a boutique Spa, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

What you’ll be doing with us:

• Join our dynamic Revenue team at Sircle Collection as a Revenue Manager. If you excel in numbers, analysis, planning, people management, be creative and have the drive for the job, apply now. You'll be pivotal in the pre-opening phase, setting up the (pricing) strategy and how to put the hotel in the market. Your responsibilities include:
• Crafting sales and pricing strategies based on commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, Booking Office, and operational departments to define and implement strategies.
• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysing key data.
• Obtaining and analysing information to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
• Driving commercial performance metrics like RevPAR, GOP, Market Share, and EBITDA for the hotel.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, ideally as a Revenue or Yield Manager for one or more properties. Experience in Reservations or Front Office is advantageous. You should be adept at analysing financial reports and market data with meticulous attention to detail. Experience in hotel opening is a plus.

A proactive approach to achieving goals and being hands-on are essential. As some of our properties are in the pre-opening phase, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are key qualities we're seeking.
