As F&B Management Trainee, you are part of the management team. You will be in charge of supporting the F&B manager with achieving her management goals by mainly fulfil the role of a F&B supervisor. Our F&B department exists of four different units; our unique a la carte breakfast concept, six banquet & event rooms, room service and Bar Claes.

About You

• You are enthusiastic and confident in creating memorable guest experiences;
• You are born host and has a great sense of responsibility;
• It’s in your nature to multitask, be proactive and be stress resistant;
• You like to be part of a hardworking likeminded professional hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Working with the F&B team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience;
• Managing and train the F&B team by coordinating the activities of the aforementioned outlets;
• Achieving that daily routines are running smoothly and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores;

• You are currently a student enrolled in a relevant bachelor hospitality/ tourism related study;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English; both oral and written.
• Flexibility in working morning/ evening and in the weekends;
• You are available as of January/February 2023 for a period of minimum six months.

• The internship compensation is € 500 gross based on a fulltime internship.
